JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare, organize, and securely store all documents (billing, acceptance, etc.) and contracts related to company operations.
Develop and maintain a systematic filing and retrieval system for easy access to documents.
Manage document distribution processes to ensure all parties access the most current revisions.
Monitor and enforce document control procedures to guarantee compliance with legal and company standards.
Review and validate all documentation for accuracy, completeness, and conformity with project and legal requirements.
Track and report on the status of documents, including revisions, approvals, and distributions.
Perform regular audits and quality checks to maintain data integrity and compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Others), Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Secretarial or equivalent.
Preferably 1-2 Yrs. Experienced Employee specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
Good command of computer literacy in MS Office applications.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Knowledge in electronic document control systems and document management applications is an advantage.
High degree of self-learning & high responsibility.
Good interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to work in a multinational project team.
A matured person with initiative, hardworking and dedication.
Can work with minimal supervision and handle pressure well.
Willing to work in extended hours when necessary for our clients.
