1. NISHANT (Unmanned Air Vehicle).
Client: Aeronautical Development Establishment, Bangalore.
Software Used: Pro-Engineer Wildfire 2.0, AutoCAD, and Tech Illustrator.
Description: NISHANT is a multi mission Unmanned Air Vehicle (UAV) developed to meet the requirements of the Indian Army. The aircraft has unique features to launch anywhere using short length launcher and is recovered using parachute. The air vehicle has stabilized payload using Electro Optic sensors for day and night mission.
Responsibilities:
Creating 3D models of Structural and System components of NISHANT Unmanned Air Vehicle.
Creating 3D models for nine Ground Support Systems for NISHANT.
Creating assembly and exploded views of Unmanned Air Vehicle and the respective Ground Support System.
Converting the 3D models to line diagram for illustrations.
Illustration of UAV and respective Ground Support System for User Hand Book, Illustrated Part List, Illustrated Parts Catalogue, Maintenance Manual, etc.
2. CFM56-5b Aircraft Engine Adapter.
3. CFM56-5b Aircraft Engine Test House Equipment.
4. CFM56-7b Aircraft Engine Adapter.
Client: CENCO, USA.
Software Used: Pro-Engineer Wildfire 2.0.
Description: Aircraft Engine Test House Equipment such as Upper Frame Assembly along with Spring Beam Assembly holds the engine to the test bed. The entire unit is called Engine Adapter, which is interchangeable depending on type of the engine on a test stand.
Responsibilities:
Detailed study of input drawings and Bill of material.
Identification of manufacturing items and commercial parts from BOM.
Conversion of INCH to Metric dimensions.
Creation of 3D models for manufactured and commercial parts.
Creation of sub assemblies and main assemblies.
Performing interference check.
Detailing and BOM creation was done followed by final QC.
5. Hydraulics & Pneumatics.
Software Used: Pro-Engineer Wildfire 2.0, and AutoCAD.
Description: Projects like material handling equipments (Scissor lift, Table lift), Hydraulic presses for manufacturing and sheet metal bending operation.
Responsibilities:
Getting inputs like mounting details, Stroke Length, Speed and Force.
Calculating the cylinder, power pack and other standard component size based on the inputs.
Creation of CAD Model and circuit diagrams for the system.
Creating manufacturing and assembly drawings.
Creating BOM and product documentation.
Clients: NFC, Tata Steel, Zuari Cements, Vijai Electricals, Biological E Pvt Ltd, Veer Chemie, SVC.
6. 5-Tier Electronic cabinet.

Client: Electronic Corporation of India Limited, Hyderabad.
Software Used: HyperMesh and Ansys.
Description: Structural Analysis of 5tier Electronic rack and Control Console under a load of 100g.
Responsibilities:
Study of input geometry and performing geometry cleanup.
FE Modeling (Meshing) of the components and creating assembly connections.
Deck preparation for analysis.
