Design of control and protection schemes, of EHV System for Transformers,Circuit breakers, 13.8 – 110 – 380 kV Cubicles.

Design: electrical control panels; electrical systems and relay protection panels.

Work with relay protection panels (Siemens, ABB and Areva).

Selection of materials,equipment, BOQ, procure and monitor the progress through all stages of project design.

Review of technical documentations for the projects.

Check/Review the base/detail design of LCC,Protection Panels,metering,switchgear and Transformers.

Check/Review the data sheet of electrical equipments as per project specification.

Preparation of B.O.Q of the substation control & instrumentation cables.

Preparation of the relay setting calculation (Distance, Differential, Restricted E/F, O/C & EF relays, etc.). (ABB, SIEMENS, SEL, MICOM, ....etc).

Check/Review of the Protections co-ordination study.

Check/Review of the Power system analysis studies (load flow & short circuit).

Review of the scope of work & project specification,provided by customer and identifying potential conflicts.

Preparation of the scope of work , project specification & conceptual tender drawings for the new substations.

Review the technical offers of the equipments as per IEC, ANSI & client standard specifications.

Modification/updation of the existing protection and control schemes of old substations to be match with the new protection scheme as per project requirements.

Integrating the primary and secondary systems for all substation equipments of different vendors.

To Provide expert engineering consultancy/advice and required inputs.

To Ensure Client satisfaction and quality of work .

To Ensure that time schedules are met.

Review of Purchase Orders.

Project planning & management.
