o Upon starting at Innovative Structures $30 million in sales were under contract. Approximately $10 million worth of contracts were under threat of cancellation by customers. The remaining $21 million in contracts were completed Fall 2009. All construction companies related to this owner have closed.
o Established and improved company systems and strategies within corporate structure.
o Reduced costs in shop management and shop workers by reallocating manpower to 30 workers on one shift from 50 workers on two shifts to complete the comparable billable work.
o Reduced raw material and consumables waste through tracking, consolidation and responsibility by 100%, which in turn reduced stock inventory needs by 150% by implementing purchasing and inventory structure.
o Created and implemented management planning and tracking system for future schedules, manpower and equipment requirements.
