Managing and directing the receiving, storage, packaging and shipping of products; maintenance of facility and fleet; customer service and interface; and development of new markets and customers. Developing corporate systems for intra state shipping, development of corporate Employee Manual, Injury Illness Prevention Program manual and Safety Manual with other managers.

Innovative Structures, Salida, CA 2007 – 2009

o Upon starting at Innovative Structures $30 million in sales were under contract. Approximately $10 million worth of contracts were under threat of cancellation by customers. Lead the profitable completion of $30 million of work. Orchestrated the completion of approximately $9 million by Fall 2008 without the loss of contracts. The remaining $21 million in contracts were completed Fall 2009. All construction companies related to this owner have closed.

o Established and improved company systems and strategies within corporate structure.

o Reduced costs in shop management and shop workers by reallocating manpower to 30 workers on one shift from 50 workers on two shifts to complete the comparable billable work.

o Reduced raw material and consumables waste through tracking, consolidation and responsibility by 100%, which in turn reduced stock inventory needs by 150% by implementing purchasing and inventory structure.

o Created and implemented management planning and tracking system for future schedules, manpower and equipment requirements.

o Lead project managers through successful scope completion.

o Created estimating program with estimator to use Excel to quantify work by shop and field position.
