Selected Career Achievements

Directed multiple IT support services contracts for Federal Government 24x7x365 data center. Expanded staffing of service delivery organization by 35% in less then 8 months while improving client satisfaction, profit margin, and revenue to above target ranges. Filled approximately 16 open positions within 3 months and obtained approval to add additional 6 new positions. As the functional manager, I completed over 75 annual performance reviews on time. With a total contract value in excess of $50M, I had monthly revenue recognition and invoicing in excess of $1M/month.

Directed multiple programs across telecommunications service delivery marketplace including installation of E-911 commercial service with two mobile operators, and IT back office support to wire line provider. Grew consulting practice to annualized $12M run rate business while maintaining >80% consultant utilization.

Developed business plan, ROI, capital expense outlay, and market assessments while managing the development of an integrated hardware/software system for delivery of rich media to retail marketplace.

Successfully managed highly distributed ground data processing segment for large DOD program leading to follow on win of $1B implementation program. Organized and executed teaming arrangement across multiple divisions to facilitate win of $25M proof of concept

Directed the pre market launch system development, market assessment, and business plan for a “software as a service” development of OSS/BSS for the Telco industry. Negotiated the software package with full performance functionality at zero capital expenditure, in exchange for per user fee base structure from leading vendor. Correctly identified decay in target market leading to recommendation to eliminate product line; saving remaining $15M in planned investments.
