KEY RESPONSIBILITIES GSM 1800:

Huawei BSC 6000 maintenance using Local Maintenance Terminal (LMT).

Installation and Commissioning of HUAWEI BTS 3012-II, BTS 3006C and BTS 3900/3900A.

Complete integration, maintenance and fault rectification of all types of HUAWEI BTS.

Software Upgradation of BTS from BSC end,

Alarm monitoring & rectification at BSC level.

Distribution of alarm into respective field teams.

Attending alarms and DTRU blockages.

Responsibility of Rehoming of cell sites on BSC wise and TRX Upgradation traffic wise.

Configuration of various parameter at BSC end like CGI, BSIC, HOPPING, MAIO, TRX Addition, HANDOVERS etc.

Expansion/Modification of BSC (software modifications, addition of hardware and implementation), fault rectification and preventive maintenance.

Fault diagnosis at BSC end, troubleshooting at BSC end.

Provide remote support to field engineers.

Resolving Customer complaints without any SLA violation.

Measurement of VSWR using site master.
