RESEARCHES and STUDIES

I have done some researches and studies in various fields such as e-government, e-commerce, MIS, ethics of research in the risks of e-government, also an analyzed study in human factors into business. On the other hand, I wrote an article talking about systems analysis and design in the business plan. all of these studies were published in 2009- 2011. Though, there are a soft copy of all these tasks under my name in the DMU database.

WORK EXPERIENCES

I worked as a supervisor for more than five years in the transportation and housing departments in King Khalid University Hospital in Riyadh which related to ministry of the higher education, I was serving in this position from 15- 6- 1999 to 30-11-2004. In fact, I was working full time and studying at university for full time as well, I was doing my job in the evening duty and my study was in the day time.

Lately, In 1-12-2004 I moved to the Ministry of Health and started to work as a general materials officer in Prince Salman Kidney diseases center. Actually, I did not satisfied with the work rules and routine, what I mean, it was not at my organization that I belong to only but in many governmental administrations that are sharing the same problem in their legacy systems. Eventually, I thought about automated services system which may improve the effectiveness of work and will save time, money, efforts and will solve some of the weak parts of the governmental dealings. Finally, In 12-4-2009 I left my work to travel and to study my Master in technology which was especially in e-government services.

And for the second part of my working life which was between 1425-1430, and represented as a general materials officer in one of the ministry of health specialist centers, I was participating in establishment this center by:

1- Job opportunities announcement.

2- Holding the interviews with administrators staff.

3- Participating in general planning and development.

4- Estimating the annual consumption of supplies whether medical or non medical.

5- Making the official governmental receipts & records and delivery orders.

Also, I was a essential member in many committees such as:

1- A member of tenders.

2- Construction member.

3- Member of direct purchasing.

4- Member of bids committees.

5-GCC group purchasing member and the head member of medical item quantities.

6- A quality standards member.

I have 121 months of certified work experiences.
