Production Planning & Control

Overseeing production related tasks including planning, control & trouble shooting.

Adapting process improvement measures to maximize capacity utilization of equipments and setting up production targets and achieving the planned production targets in multiproduct plant.

Commissioning of new plant/ equipment/ product.

Addressing personnel related issues for escalating productivity and operational efficiency and imparting continuous training, ensuring a high level of quality/ safety consciousness, & discipline among the workers.

Scheduling material procurement plans and ensure optimum inventory level. Requisitioning material, controlling material based on machine loading & orders received.

Outsourceing

- Identifies contract management issues and proposes solutions for approval

- Participate in contract Management teams to support contract and subcontract compliance

- Generate reports required to monitor contract compliance

Planning and effecting preventive maintenance schedules of various machineries and instruments to increase machine up time and equipment reliability.

Process Enhancement & Cost Control

Supervising analysis of new product development for Aroma & Fine Chemical products.

Ensuring complete in-process quality control and continuous optimization/ improvement in process capabilities for enhancing yields & productivity.

Controlling raw material & energies consumption as per standards & analyzing all process parameters (from raw materials to final product).

Identifying & executing cost saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in Operation &Manpower expenditures and work within the budget.

Documentation

Implementing various quality measures like SOP’S, BPCR in overall operations.

Executing strict quality control measures for obtaining ISO: 9000-2001 certification.

Maintaining documentation system Q.A. guidelines.

Active involvement in current organizations per suite to achieve ISO 14000/USFDA
