As your Human Resources Representative, I will provide exceptional customer service. • Assist in the decision-making, hiring process at the executive level for all human resource matters; lead/professional responsibilities over lower level support and clerical personnel while working effectively and collaboratively within the team. Local and out of State travel to other facilities to conduct HR meetings, orientations, and open enrollment.

• Negotiate and maintain annual contracts with recruiters and online job boards, and explore new methods of recruiting top talent.

• Actively participate in entire employment life cycle, including screening candidates, background checks, utilizing behavior-based interview techniques, preparing offer/rejection letters, managing relocation process, on-boarding new hires, as well as conducting exit interviews. Administer and/or scores aptitude, personality, and interest tests.

• With the on-boarding process I was responsible for removal or transfer system access, assist with equipment/office set-up and maintenance, and reservations for computers, copiers, phones, projectors.

• Recruitment Coordinator: My administrative role responsibilities included all of the following duties: scheduling interviews, extending offers, generating offer letters, making welcome calls to all applicants prior to their scheduled start date, background variance resolution, closing out classes, data entry and internal/external reporting.

• Manage nationally-used Applicant Tracking System (ATS), (My Staffing Pro) software for online recruitment, train new users of the system, facilitate requests/discussions between support staff, end users, create and distribute quarterly recruiting charge-back reports across U.S. explain/answer more complex aspects of company personnel programs, such as salary (compensation), employment benefit-administration, recruitment and placement, employee development, employee relations and services, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO).

• Serve as a communication liaison for those individuals involved in the hiring process.

• Schedule, prepare agenda, take and distribute minutes at HR Staff Communications Meetings as well as coordinate the Action Tracking form for the departments.

• Worked with Staffing Consultants and third party vendors to ensure that all applicants have been processed accurately, expediently, and treated with the utmost professionalism. Contact applicant within SLA (usually same day or within 24 hours) of receiving Request for Interview (RFI) or Request for Offer (RFO). Schedule interviews among multiple interviewers. Book resources for interviews. Provide travel arrangements as needed. Present applicant with a contingent offer based on the information provided by Recruitment Team members.

QUALIFICATIONS: Software Skills: Microsoft Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, People Soft, Outlook, ACT/Oracle Databases, Visio, HRIS/Great Plains, SAP, My Staffing Pro, Lotus Notes 8, PeopleSoft; ADP/KRONOS payroll system. Interact effectively and support all levels of the organization (internally), as well as establishing credibility, trust, and building partnerships with external vendors, excellent organization, time management, and task-management skills to maneuver in a very fast paced and diverse environment. Proactive in meeting the company's goals perform tasks with a sense of urgency and in a timely and accurate manner. Internet savvy; Search & Research, multi-task, meet deadlines and organized.
