QUALIFICATIONS: I have over 20 years experience in the Quality and Manufacturing (Production) fields. I am going to school at Rassmussen college (online) for Networking.
COMPANY INFORMATION: Saturn Electronics & Engineering Inc. I am a Quality Associate. I started on November 22, 2010 - Present
I am quality support for 2nd shift. I work in the clean room doing contamination testing, ( particle analysis on solenoids) I work on other lines doing testing (wire pulls, burst of solenoids). I pull line data and crunch the numbers daily into charts. I do daily layered production audits. If the limits on charts need to be changed, I crunch the data in mini-tab, request the change thru Agile for approval. I do calibration. I do Production Rate / Issues Report daily.
Agritek Industries, Inc. I was a Quality Tech. / Production Coordinator. I worked from September 2008 - November 2010
I did calibration. I updated and drafted the production books ( worked with the engineer department). I had coordinated sorts and rework. I worked on the CNC Machines. I did incoming inspection. I did monthly production audits. I have supervised up to 10 people.
Trans-Matic Manufacturing: I was a Quality Process Tech., Tooling Tech., Die-Setter I worked from September 2000- April 2008
I would set up jobs for the presses, I would sharpen tooling and order tooling. I did inventory daily on spare tools. I would pull jobs out of the presses. I also would help out in quality (inspecting parts coming off the presses).
Metal Flow Manufacturing: I was a Press Operator. I worked from September1997 - September 2000
I would inspect parts coming off the presses, fill tanks with coolant, dump scrap and dump scrap hoppers. I used to do SPC charts.
EDUCATION: Allegan High School I graduated in 1987. My GPA was 3.5
Thompson M-Tec: I was working on my Journey Man's Card (Tool & Die) from 2003 - 2005
SKILLS: I work on computers, Windows 7, Agile, Mini-Tab, Windows XP, Windows Excel. I am very energentic, I follow instructions well, I can come in early and leave late if need be. I can work weekends. I like to get my work done timely and right. I can help out with others when need be. I am a fast learner. I like fast pace work.
