BDC (data loading)/LSMW

• An interface is developed between SAP and DOWNS CLIPBOARD so that downs support team gets intimation of the unavailable items and with downs priority. This information will lead them to arrange the unavailable item in time by the supplying to the requesting or indenting plant.

• Developed a report using ALV that rectifies the failures of the function module “MB_CREATE_GOODS_MOVEMENT”.

• Developed a Batch program to automatically reverse account postings from pre-sales to sales after delivery goods issue.

• Developed a Conversion program for Material Master uploading from legacy system to SAP.

BAPI

• Wrote inbound interface using BAPI function call BAPI_MATERIAL_SAVEDATA to update the capacity usage field, MKAPV in MLGN table with right volume of the material in packed condition.

• EXIT_SAPLL03T_002 – This user exit is for updating the delivery quantity whenever the transfer order is confirmed.

• EXIT_SAPMIWO0_019 is used to populate the function and position responsible in Quality notification and is modified to populate the same based on the purchase organization to accomoplish some task codes.

OSS and SAP Routines

• Incorrect exchange rate for condition type PR00.

• In the billing document the condition type PR00 is getting doubled.

• The transaction VL04 when the order combination indicator is checked, the program is failing continuously and the same was fixed.

Following are some of the conditions used in this exit function module: When user is reversing the planning of a shipment; shipment must be planned before registration, route cannot be blank at the time of registration, check for delivery block for all the deliveries in the shipment, check for delivery packing and pick confirmation status etc.

• USEREXIT_READ_DOCUMENT to read the timing and sizing information from the header text of the sales order when accessing a document in order change.

ALE & IDOCs

• Create other GI without ref (and other good movement) Movement done in TAS system will be uploaded to TE system via EAI using Idocs.
