Incoe Corporation District Sales / Service Manager “State of IL Region” Responsible for sales / service engineering of hot runner systems for tooling in the Plastic Injection Molding Industry. Position worked with CRM system.

• Feb 2009 to Sept. 2009:

Account Manager: MEDA Engineering LLC Southfield, MI.

Assignment was under a Consulting Contact with MEDA Engineering’s client HRS Hot Runner Systems. I was responsible for IL Sales and Service Support of Hot Runner Systems.

Oct. 2007- July 2008: Project Manager: Oak Tree Consulting LLC Monroe MI. One of the larger projects I worked with suppliers and engineering resources to meet AFSI of Champaign, IL engineering goals of improving Caterpillar oil filer assembly line speed. Focus of the project was at the bottle neck of the assembly line.

• Oct 1998- Oct. 2007: Director of Operations: Motor City Plastics Co. Inc. Dundee MI.

Motor City Plastics is a packaging supplier to Maybelline, as well as an automotive supplier to the big three. My assigned responsibilities included General Management, P&L, Accounting Operations, Sales, ERP Implementation, Production, & ISO 9001Quality Leadership. Presentation skills from the Board room to the Floor Operations. I have proven skills in trouble shooting in many areas of manufacturing operations. Senor Leadership and team guidance was given in the following areas as well: Inventory control, Lean manufacturing, Supplier Management and Engineering.

• Motor City Plastics Senior Program managed a multi-million dollar automotive program from start to finish.

The project was for a multi-billion dollar customer named Sika Corporation. This project required three years of planning and execution from conception to production launch. The scope of the project is as follows:

Automotive program budget allowed for the purchase of 2.5 million USD in capital equipment with a coordinated launch delivery installation date for each group of production part numbers.

I worked with the CEO of Motor City Plastics, and a local bank to obtain a line of credit line for this project. Purchased 5) 500 ton Engel Rotary Two Shot Injection Molding Machines with production and support equipment. The building required full power and cooling system upgrades to support the new work cells. Attended buy/testing of all capital equipment. This Program was for 105 different part numbers of a two material sound damming product for GM, Toyota, Nissan and Chrysler. The monthly combined part production volumes were 1.5 million units. 30 high cavity two shot molds were built in Europe with a value of 4.8 million USD. Tooling needed to be built and debugged in advance to ensure production start up was not compromised. The long and short of it was that this was a massive project for a midsize molder. It was a great challenge and success for Motor City Plastics.

• Leadership of MCP engineering group who ran Mold Flow and Pro E CAD programs for quotations, trouble shooting in support of customer projects. Guided the team on part design Hot Runner Selection and tooling builds. Used MS Project to project managing customer program launches. Procured Injection Machine, Mold and Hot Runner maintenance, PM, repairs, and engineering changes.

SAP BI 7.x “ERP and Business Intelligence Essentials Plus” Training Program:

Course work included Data Modeling by creating InfoProviders. InfoProviders included InfoObjects, DataStorage-Objects, InfoCubes, VirtualProviders, InfoSets and MultiProviders. SAP uses a process of E.T.L. Data is Extracted, Transformation, Loaded in to the SAP BI system to generate reports.

• (PMP) Program Manager Professional Certification: In the fall of 2011 I will be seeking the PMP Certification.

The Course taken was on the production use of Gas Assist Injection Molding.
