Tibco Training Details:
I have gone through a 12 weeks training on TIBCO in Symantec Corporation on Rendezvous BW Designer, Tibco Administrator and JMS Server.

Project Description: Advans Social CRM, also called as fundraising system, is a social CRM for advancement with multi-organization, multi-currency, multi-lingual web based donor/alumni/member management system based on scalable architecture. The project was about developing a web application to facilitate donations and charity services. It can be used by both, the NGOs, the end receivers as well as the individuals and institutions who are involved in charity and donation services. It facilitates right from raising request for a donation till maintenance of all the records like gifts and donations of an entity for future reference.
Responsibilities:
• Primarily involved in development and administering of the database for this application.
• Responsible for coordinating with the front end team and resolving their issues with regards to the database.
• Contributed in the design of the application, reducing the inherent complexities of PHP.
• Post production supported the project with any upcoming issues with the Oracle database packages and procedures
• Provided support to the front end developers for technical issues which might come across .

PROJECT Foundation DataWarehouse and Integration Hub
Project Description: This project was a data warehouse where we were loading data to a database using SQL Loader and further using the Oracle backend procedures and packages .It was critical to the business as it was dealing with the financial data for the client . In case of any issues arising in the running of the application, the team members need to identify the cause of the failure and also the solution to it and update its status at regular intervals .The applications Hub and FDW receive data from numerous other applications, process them and then send the data to several other applications for further processing and reporting.
Responsibilities:
• The core role was to keep the applications up 24/7 and to be in touch with administrators and users to help them and to resolve server and application related issues.
• Involved in the preparation & planning of incident, risk and change management procedural documentation for clients.
• Understanding and Troubleshooting complex customer issues on production environment. Responsible for identifying any bugs occurring in the applications as well as fixing them.
• Critical Situation Analyst: Defused hot situations and got quick technical resolution, skills in Customer Management. Identify the issue and either resolve or escalate to the appropriate team responsible for the components affected
• Exposure to all stages of Software Development Life Cycle.
• Take back ups of the database everyday using the export functionalities.
• Refresh the databases from production instances using export and import functionalities .

Project Description: The Dashboard Application System was a development project. This application took care of the project related information, associated with the group. In this the user can read or update the data related to the Project e.g. updating of details, allocating or removing or reallocating of the associate from the project. The access right in the Dashboard Application System is role specific and a user can have multiple roles. A user accessing a particular role can only view update, delete and insert data based on his privileges defined.

• Writing stored procedures, cursors, triggers required for the application.

ACHIEVEMENTS
