Performed the installation of a basement, including block work and concrete, to an existing home structure.
Estimating and Planning: Experience in reading and applying blueprints, sketches, and drawings for project designs. Able to access and determine job layouts including construction areas, grading, and elevations. Skilled in estimation for project materials and equipment as needed. Specialization in deck construction for homeowners.
Other related construction qualifications and skills: Skilled in the use of heavy machinery such as backhoe, front loader, bulldozer, dump trucks with plow for snow removal, and tractor trailers. Electrical installation experiences include, but are not limited to: installation of panels, outlets, switches, running wire, and lights. Experience in the installation of commercial 110/ 220volt electrical circuits using conduits for motors, pumps, and other equipment. Plumbing experiences include running lines to sinks, toilets, drains, showers, and utilities. Experience in assisting of AC installation with AC technician. Best Lock qualified, Hazmat qualified, American Red Cross first aid certified, and former LCD licensed truck driver.
