• Consulted with the Interim Director of Aviation Planning Land-use and Grants division in Miami, Florida.

• Analyzed the possible restrictions and constraints within the capital improvement program at the Miami International Airport.

• Determined the necessity of expansion through airport planning to accommodate passenger and cargo volume, and adjustments for all aircrafts that service the airport.

Airport Financial Analysis

• Consulted with the Chief Executive Accountant at PHL for clarification of specific airport revenues, expenses, and capital improvement programs.

• Performed a financial analysis which included the airports liquidity, financial leverage, and debt ratios by looking at the income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows at Philadelphia International Airport (PHL).
