majority of services for PMC and EPCM jobs for Refineries, Petrochemicals, Fertilizers &

Chemicals and Gas processing plants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Erection of Piping (SS, CS, GI) and examine its hydro test, HVAC.

• Erection of Static and Rotary equipments like Reactors, Columns, Vessels, Pumps, Compressors, etc.

• Fixing and modification of internals of Reactors, Columns & Vessels.

• Supervising catalyst filling in reactors as per the Licensor’s requirement.

• Planning and Coordinating with various contactors to finish the job in the given stipulated time, and also to follow-up with the Vendors.

• Preparing reports and organizing the Manpower & resources at Site to obtain the optimal output.

• Certifying the bills of various contractors as per their SOR (Schedule of Rates) and Scope.

• Handover of Mandatory Spares and left over items to the Client using SAP.

Project Completion:

• Having experience of Residue Up gradation Project (DHDT & HGU Units- Project Cost approx. Rs.1500 Crores) at IOCL Site, Baroda.

Presented a Seminar on “FUEL ENERGIZER” as a part of my final year Seminar report.
