Responsibilities: In charge of local marketing and maintaining guest loyalty. The department included the bar, lobby, take out and service areas. Responsible for auditing and tracking the bar inventory, as well as managing the employees working in the lobby, bar, on the floor and as take out specialists. During my first year on the Carlsbad team, weekly guest counts increased on average of 500 guests per week and alcohol sales increased an average of 2- 3 % per week.
