EMPLOYMENT:

SHADY SIDE PHYSICAL THERAPY: Patient Service Manage 02/09-4/2010

Responsible for the supervision of four employees. Verified insurance, and doctor’s orders. Kept office in compliance with Hippa regulations. Responsible for up-dating new and existing patient files with confidentiality, provided office tours of Physical Therapy office to new patients and office guest. Collected insurance co pays by check, cash and credit card. Kept track of daily co pay log. Responsible for posting all money and provided a daily finance report to be faxed daily to the corporate accounting office. Up-dated all patients demographics, scanned patients files in Medical Manager billing system. Kept track of employee time and attendance cards.
