Professional Experience:

1) Working as a TRAINEE in AR&D department in HETERO LABS LIMITED, JEEDIMETLA, HYDERABAD, from 1st JUNE 2011 onwards.

Job Responsibilities:

Performing Routine analysis of samples in support of FR&D trials in the development of new formulation.

Carry out stability and bioequivalence study at each stage of formulations development.

Calibration of Analytical equipments when necessary.

Performing analysis by following GLP guidelines.

Job Description:

Actively participate with team and fulfill all related tasks and responsibilities.

Perform analysis of samples by using Dissolution Apparatus, UV-Spectrophotometer and HPLC Equipments.

Performing Dissolution, Assay, Content Uniformity and Impurity Analysis of drug samples of FR&D trails and interpreting the results by using HPLC and UV-Spectrophotometer and Estimation of Water content by KF.

Performing analysis for stability samples.

Performing identification tests by using UV-spectrophotometer, HPLC and colorant tests.

Additional knowledge:

Performed quarterly calibration of HPLC WATERS e2695 (UV DETECTOR AND PDA DETECTOR) with Empower software and SHIMADZU-LC2010HT with LC solution software.

Maintenance and calibration of ELECTROLAB 08L-TDT Dissolution apparatus (Auto sampler).

Performed daily & monthly calibration of Analytical Balance

Performed daily & Quarterly calibration of KF titrator.

Project Work:

M.Pharmacy Project

Title: “Simultaneous estimation and validation of Levofloxacin Hemihydrate and Ornidazole in pure and tablet dosage form by UV- Spectrophotometry and RP-HPLC” in AUROBINDO PHARMA LIMITED, HYDERABAD.

Duration: 1year

Methods used: Calibration curve method, Standard deviation and Relative standard deviation.

Result: The developed methods for simultaneous evaluation of both drugs are simple, rapid, precise, accurate and reproducible. The method is linear in the range reported.

B.Pharmacy Project

Title: “Formulation and Evaluation of gum-matrix tablets of Pioglitazone hydrochloride and In-vitro Bio-equivalence studies of marketed brands of Pioglitazone Hydrochloride”

Duration: 6 months

Methods used: ANOVA test, Calibration curve method.

Result: ANOVA test was performed to know the variance among and between the tablets and “F” values obtained for the results showed that there is no significance variance.

Academic Highlights:

Presented a poster presentation on “Magnetic Resonance Imaging scanning” in Andhra University, Visakhapatnam.

Presented a paper on “Nano Technology” in Sri Vishnu College of Pharmacy, Bhimavaram.

Extra Curricular activities:

Won first prize in “FILMY FUNDA” in “PHARMA FEST-2007” conducted at Siddhartha College of Pharmacy, Vijayawada.

Student Organizer for National Level Seminar on “Recent advances in Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research” held at Bapatla college of Pharmacy, Bapatla.
