·Prepare and paint interior and exterior surfaces of homes.

·Pre-painting preparation such as scraping, patching and sanding as well as post-project clean up of the area, paint supplies and equipment.

·Inspect completed work for conformance with specifications, requirements and compliance.

·Determine whether touch-up or full paint job was needed.

·Prepare surfaces for painting and staining (i.e., repair sheetrock, texture, prime, etc.).

·Paint and/or stain interior surfaces (i.e., walls, ceilings, including cabinet woodwork, counter tops, etc.)

·Clean excess paint off windows, floors, carpet, etc. Clean brushes and equipment after each job.

·Responsible for placing “wet paint” signs to prevent damage or accidents.

·Perform industrial and commercial painting, refinishing and spraying structures, furnishings, surfaces, equipment and roads.

·Paint buildings, stairwells, rails, fences, curbs, exterior doors, gates, speed bumps, striping for parking lots, etc, on the property that need painting.

·Move and protect furnishings and floor coverings prior to painting.

·Clean and maintain painting tools and materials after completion of each assignment.

·Prepare surfaces for painting and finishing; applied under coats and finish coats using the full range of application methods including brush, roll, and spray.

·Comply with all company policies, regulatory safety regulations, and code requirements.

·Restore jobsite to conditions found prior to beginning work.

·Ability to lift 50 pounds and to bend, stoop, and twist.
