Hired to expedite the construction of a faltering residential development in progress. The project included 85 luxury single-family homes, 100 high-end townhouses and a 160 unit apartment complex. Coordinated the planning and permitting stages to meet development agreement obligations. Accelerated construction schedule and renegotiated contracts with subcontractors. Managed daily construction progress and personnel.

Managed the development of 62 luxury single family homes. Coordinated the development phases of planning and permitting. Established the construction plans and schedules. Supervised plat and turn key construction of homes.
