I Started the Sammis project in the home office in Fredrick MD. I worked on scoping of systems, Preparing Relay testing contracts and general get ready for the startup of the project. In March I was then transferred to the project where my duties include the commissioning and maintenance of the Waste Water Treatment System, Ball Mills, Limestone Conveyers, Limestone Unloading, Gypsum Conveyers, Dewatering System and various load centers and power distribution systems. I have been involved in all the control and PLC systems. I have created data bases for the tracking of quantities maintenance records and weekly quantities reports to project controls. I then became the Lead Engineer for support for the night shift.

Installed and calibrated proximity trip cards, milliamp trip cards, millivolt trip cards, and relay cards. Calibrated chart recorders and field transmitters, and completed all precommissioning calibrations. Startup procedures involved modifications to control room instrumentation requiring configuration changes.
