Performance Engineer Intern Calpine Corp, Folsom CA June 2009- Dec 2009
* Performed analysis of Combined and Simple Cycle gas fired power plants to determine their maximum output and fuel usage. Results were presented to plant managers and senior management for use in the 2010 corporate budget.
* Used advanced statistical techniques and processes to build plant specific Performance Calculator models. These models are used throughout Calpine to estimate plant performance given temperature, humidity, and plant configuration.

* Worked as Project engineer for the design and development of the Universal Platform using Catia V5.
* Responsibilities included creating and maintaining test plans for all the products such as Universal Platforms, Weight Distribution Hitches, and 5th wheel components
* Core team member DFMEA, PFMEA, and Control Plans.
* Coordination with other engineering platforms such as Product Eng., Manufacturing and Quality for Advanced Product Quality Plan (APQP) design and development of products.
* In charge of developing production schedules for Weight Distribution and Tow Bar Assembly lines.
* Responsible for studying all material certificates and product prints to ensure all finished products are as per the requirements.
