Deep Creek Log Homes 2008-2010

Project Manager-Supervised all phases of plans, permitting, construction, warranty, estimating, budgeting and purchasing for a custom log structure builder. Managed projects across multiple states both commercial and residential. Serve as license qualifier in the state of Virginia. Report directly to the company owner.

Americas First Home 2005-2008

Production Manager- Supervised the construction, permitting, warranty and quality assurance departments. Had the responsibility of being the company license holder. Supervised up to 40 employees including construction superintendents, permitting coordinators, warranty technicians and quality assurance managers. Managed up to 600 units under construction. Partnered with the purchasing department to obtain optimal pricing.

KB Home 2004-2005

Regional Construction Manager (RCM)- Supervised all construction projects and communities in Lee County Florida and parts of Charlotte County. Supervised up to 20 construction superintendents. Member of the KB Home Fort Myers start up team. Assisted in implementing all systems and operations for the division. Participated in build out of corporate office and design center.
