- U.S. Aviation is a third-party vendor that provides Delta Air Lines with cleaning services nationwide.
- In Records Administrator position; I was responsible in providing data analysis on employee training, inputting training records, verification of compliance in 8 stations, managing over 1500+ employees training data.
- Managed a team of 8-12 employees; required being socially knowledgeable, able to communicate effectively, read situations, body language, and balancing conflict.
- In Aircraft Specialist position; I performed through specific exterior wash services designated by Delta on a daily basis, ensuring that aircraft surfaces are clean and free from debris.
