2016 -18 I taught AP Spanish and Spanish 3. ELD at Academia Avance Charter School.

2015 -16 I taught Spanish and ESL 2,3 HS.

2014 -15 Spanish 1, 2, 3 and ESL at HS IUSD.

2011-12 I taught Spanish, ESL at HS long-term assignment.

2005-16 Teaching English at night school for LAUSD.

2007 -10I taught Spanish 1, and 3 at Gertz-Ressler HS.

2006 -7 I taught AP Spanish Language, ELSD & Literature at HMSA HS, Hawthorne.

2002- 6 I worked as Teacher for LAUSD.

2001-2 I taught Basic Math, Algebra at Le Conte Middle School.

1997-0 I worked as a teacher assistant at Bret Hart and Le Conte Middle School.

ABILITIES:

I utilize multicultural-classroom management techniques to allow learning at different levels. For example: Total Physical Respond, (TPR), grouping, immersion and traditional system. I use technology in the classroom if available: digital projectors, overhead and computer presentation using power point.

I provide tutoring assistance to students who need help.

I evaluate students’ work and share their progress with their parents.

I am able to work in a different environment and in a multicultural setting.

I am bilingual, Spanish and English.

INTEREST: I enjoy attending workshops/ I like plays, read novels and sports.
