Operated two machines for cutting and molding gun holsters to include the Laser Jet and the Water Jet.
Set the Laser Jet to the detailed specs for the type of caliber of gun holster to be put for production and then set the Laser Jet to the detailed specs and cut one sheet of samples and measured the samples to the molder.
Cut the molds to make sure they were acceptable for production and if not acceptable for production, remeasure and/or reset laser for the machineOperated the Water Jet to perform cutting of molds with water and setting regulated to computers.
Inspected machines to make sure they were functioning properly and reported any issues to direct Supervisor.
Performed general housekeeping duties in designated work area.
