One of the inmates read minimally and was chosen to assist with the class in a creative project he excelled in, and the rest of the class helped each other with questions to a successful end project in addition to increased learning to cope with the risk of substances.

Tutored a male with an assessed lower than normal IQ to pass the Automotive Service Excellence Certification exam. Records were being digitized at this agency, this patient did not have his files until we had already scheduled studying for the test for a month, which he ultimately passed. This incident taught me not to solely rely on assessment in evaluating clients.
Successful in helping this client resume his prescriptions when he mentioned wanting to kill his brother.
