Records were being digitized at this agency, this patient did not have his files until we had already scheduled studying for the test for a month, which he ultimately passed. This incident taught me not to solely rely on assessment in evaluating clients.

Successful in helping this client resume his prescriptions when he mentioned wanting to kill his brother.
