●Evaluated applications for and renewals of permits to construct and operate electricity transmission facilities across U.S. borders to ensure industry compliance with the Federal Power Act.
●To comply with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), studied proposed construction and operation of direct current (DC) transmission infrastructure and associated inverters/converters to connect wind farms in western Oklahoma with the Tennessee Valley Authority grid.
