I have worked on many projects in some of my previous jobs. On three different jobs, I worked with the architects and contractors as the go between to design and Communicate, I worked with the local contractor to develop and update a building and street that we purchased from the city of Scottsdale. I have also worked with APS on several projects to decrease energy costs by developing automated A/C controls and changing many parking lot and interior lights to LEDs and eliminating transformers. Besides the first year savings, we were able to obtain substantial rebates to help pay for the projects. The first year savings on plant energy costs was $11,000
