Composed and developed a robust twice-monthly newsletter specifically for the Miss USA Organization State Licensees and State Titleholders that included details to ensure that all individuals had the essential information available at the same time. These newsletters helped reduce my email by an average of 35 each day. Instrumental in negotiating rates and contracts with entertainment venues, hotel facilities, and room accommodations for the Miss USA national competition, saving approximately $100,000 in 2022 vs. 2021.
As a result of the transformative backdrop of the COVID-19 global pandemic, I channeled one of my passions into a business venture to empower individuals to elevate the professionalism of their documents and presentations, ensuring excellence in written communication and making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and businesses.
