Learned talent acquisition process for Federal projects.
Searched for candidates with specified skills and prepared candidate summary sheet for the recruiters.
Scheduled interviews with applicants and conduct initial screening interviews.
Formatted candidate resumes for submission to Federal Agencies.
Attended daily recruiting status meetings and prepare reports as needed.

Camp Counselor, SciGenius (August 2023– August 2023, worked full-time)
Directed the daily operations of camp recreational facilities. Planned and lead activities such as arts, crafts, sports, games, science projects, etc. Supervised children on field trips and on-site activities. Enforced camp rules and regulations. Ensured safety in the recreational facilities.
Functioned as role model for children by being kind, honest, reasonable, and compassionate.
Organized files regarding student's allergies and doctor’s forms.

Server/Food Runner, Silver Diner (April 2021– August 2023, worked part-time approximately 17 hours/week)
Took food orders from Customers. Supported server staff by bringing food orders to the tables. Assisted customers by bringing any additional items as requested. Organized serving utensils during slow periods. Functioned as back-up to servers and host staff as needed. Answered customer questions about the menu and the restaurant.
Was promoted to Server in May 2023.
