Rather than the Corporate HSE policies, HSMS Plan, CEMP (Environmental Management Plan), ERP, Fire Prevention and Protection Plan and Risk Mitigation Plan are developed, reviewed and Maintained for all the project.
Developing Smart Objectives, deliverables and KPIs for the HSE Team.
Schedule the Focus inspection plan for the HSE team and monitoring that focus inspections are accomplished as per the matrix and planned schedule.
Schedule, Lead and Chairs the Workshop for the Civil, MEP, Security and Logistic Team, provide expert advice
And smart plan for the safe execution of the project and avoiding hazard, risk and incident.
Developing and reviewing HS& E related Policies, program and procedures to ensure it is relevant to the project scope, relevant to the requirements of the client, up-to-date with recent legislation and client and National standard.
