Painter, MFB Group Remodeling — June 2020 - Present Residential property and commercial painting are basically providing the same type of services. Duties that are always involved proper prep work, cleanliness, chalking, filling holes with putty/spackling, sanding of the wall for smooth surfaces. Making sure all walls and ceilings are full of paint without any light blushes or blemishes. Exterior painting is performed with this job as well. Same steps and format I take in all my jobs in proper completion.

Commercial property painting sometimes have me cover more largely scale of painting walls then residential property. Store fronts, offices, retailers, churches, community centers, and public venues. These are the commercial properties I have painted with the same prep work and maintaining a clean work site. Exterior is outside work that is very detailed in making job on the outside looking new. Scraping, sanding, chalking, and pudding are forms of prep work.
