I’m a ** year old male. Have worked in the automotive industry for the last 39 years. Started back in 1975 part time learning from the old standard ignition to the new ignition. I worked at Advanced Auto Parts from 3/27/2006 to 12/15/2003 I worked the commercial parts side helped with putting up the truck doing the commercial paperwork and outside buying I left because first I was my dads caregiver after my mom passed away 5 years ago then the manager just started cussing me and my commercial team out he did it twice then I explained to him the next time he would cussed me and my team out I would leave so on 12/15/2003 he just started yelling and cussing me out along with my team I did report what he did but nothing happened. I worked at Pep Boys from 4/24/1992 to 4/24/2006 work with the diy customers and the service department also handled the outside buying of parts I left because of hours being cut and never knew the schedule had to call every day to find out when I was working.
