Civil Surveyor Crew Chief-Computer Drafter— Apr 27, 2015 to September 25, 2020 Partners Environmental Consulting Co. Solon, Ohio

Performed construction staking, property surveys, ALTA’s, and Topographic surveys. I am proficient in robotic transits and GPS TDS Ranger Data collectors which contained traverse, and Roading software. I was responsible for uploading and downloading Data collectors along with editing raw data and converting to coordinate files. I also do field setup for construction staking and other surveys using Civil3D 2020. I also calculate cut sheets for sewer, waterline, and pavement staking.

Said company used a lot of base drawings like; Image, Contour, Design and Existing Condition drawings in paper-space layout tabs. As a second shift Supervisor and Drafter, I worked on Survey Plats, Metes and Bounds, Sectionals, ALTA’s, ATA’s, boundary and mortgage surveys. Which included showing easements, improvements, and sometimes reviewing title commitments and schedule “A” and “B” & related documents. I analyze survey crew sketches and data collector points, move and rotate to establish boundaries and calculate missing property corners and drafting improvements.

As a Supervisor, I also trained employees, which included checking the drafters work before sending the drawings to the professional licensed surveyor, for final review. I also was responsible for assigning jobs to the work queues, and assisting in any questions or problems that might arise. This company employs surveyors from Florida, Texas, Virginia, Maryland, Illinois, and Ohio, which we were responsible for the drafting. Quantity Technician – 4/2008 -4/2009
