As a Software developer, I have been involved in several R&D projects ranging from Data security (encryptions), to Messaging system (Kafka), Web Apis, Azure DevOps (CI/CD), ACH Apps, and Automating manual processes. I am also involved in people related matters such as onboarding and mentoring team members and interviewing prospective developers.

Applus+ is a worldwide leader in the testing, inspection and certification sector in more than fifty countries and employs about twenty five thousand professionals worldwide. I was part of the Dashboard team that developed and enhanced the web-based- platform that services State agencies (RMV and EPA) as well as millions of motorists and car inspection stations around several states in the United States.

Major Achievement and Contribution

● Auto-Scaling Fraud Detection Service

Designed and developed this Data mining Service that must analyze in a short time frame a very large workload of more than two hundred thousand videos and images generated every day in the State`s car inspection system. The design was inspired by Hadoop, Map Reduce, and IIS concepts which I implemented with

.Net constructs and technologies. The Service can run in swarm mode (several machines in parallel processing the workload) or in a single machine mode. The key feature of this service is its auto-scalability; indeed it is able to clone itself into several other processes in order to spread and handle increasing workload. 2018 - 2021: Cofounder - Dataforetell Shrewsbury, MA AI Start up company that introduced Fraud prevention and Credit scoring solutions to the banking industry in emerging countries. 2

As part of the Dev team, I was responsible for developing and maintaining in-house-built software solutions, as well as custom tools that support the manufacturing lines and the business processes. Also, designed and worked on complex queries and stored procedures, created SSIS-ETLs as well as custom ETL systems, setup SQL jobs, data mining and reporting, etc. Major Achievement and Contribution

● ReverseIP Lookup Service: designed and developed a data mining and analytics solution that parses IIS Logs, queries WHOIS services to help identify potential new customers.
