JOB RESPONSIBILITY: -

More than 22 years total experience. In gulf oil & gas refinery field 20 years & in India 2 years in the field of electrical maintenance & construction in different projects.

Provide leadership and works with staff to create a high performance, service-oriented work.

Responsible for monitoring site activities and reporting to construction manager.

Responsible for installation and testing of electrical systems involving transformers, HV and LV switchboards, motor control Centre, electrical drives etc.

Installation of electrical equipment and material such as 11KV/3.3KV/440V transformers. 11KV and 440V bus ducts, hv and lv switchgears, mcc power centers, emergency dg sets, lighting distribution boards etc.

Responsible for HI-POT test for cables, panels and bus ducts and carry out commissioning for all electrical systems.

Monitoring the work on site as per the drawings.

Analysis reports and records to recommend changes in methods and materials used.

Inspects electrical – mechanical systems for hazardous conditions, initiates corrective actions and documents inspections.

Installation of different type of LCP (lighting control panel) and dimmer control panel.

Installation of dimming control plate and switching control plates & Installation of hub, power supply and isolators are used for looping different control plate.

Power cable pulling inside panel and termination.

Layout of conduit for low voltage and high voltage.

Attend the QHSE meeting on monthly basis.

Installation of G.I conduit and other panel board work.

Installation of cable try and trunking work.

Circuit checking & termination of DB dressing.

Follow the QHSE procedure at work site.
