Patelco credit union offers a wide variety of lending Products to Homeowners such as fixed and adjustable-rate mortgages (ARM), VA loans, FHA loans. SC Bank Mortgage Servicing had been facing challenges with their former mortgage Sub Servicer and it has resulted in loss of customers and significant revenue mainly deriving from mortgage interest. The project was a data ware housing project, which included the warehousing of data from different data sources into the target data warehouse.
