In this role, I interfaced with business and technical thought leaders and program managers to deliver qualified talent that will focus on solutions supporting Intel's strategic priorities. These roles required TS/SCI with Polygraph. I worked with hiring managers to understand recruiting needs and drive strategic sourcing and recruitment of technical and analytical professionals. In addition, I supported strategic business development opportunities by identifying key personnel and providing input into developing tailored talent acquisition strategies.
During the past 2 years I supported the following.
1.Major Virginia Agency: I was the lead recruiter on this Cyber Security Program of $800,000,000 and 400 people.
2.All positions required a TS/SCI Polygraph
3.Skills that were recruited: Cyber Security Engineers, Splunk, CISSP, Software Engineers, Cyber Architects, Logistics, Network Engineers.
4.When I was reassigned to my next program listed below. This program was 96% staffed, and I was transferred to a new program that was just won.
I was reassigned to this program that was valued at 1.8 billion, malty agencies.

Primary Responsibilities:
●Sources passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and research.
●Sources active candidates from on-line databases, contact lists, internal databases, and employee referrals.
●Engages with active and passive talent and connects them to current job opportunities, executing recruitment strategies that produce a diverse slate of candidates, evaluating applicants and submitting qualified candidates for hiring manager review.

Lead Intel & NGA Recruiter TASC / Engility December 2014- September 2016
Lead Recruiter on the National Intelligence Account. Overseeing and directly executing full life-cycle recruiting support for the Intel & Consulting Practice. TWO focus area was the NGA & i2S Contract. Daily activities included sourcing, screening and qualifying candidates based on tough customer requirements, which required Full Scope Poly. Developed a solid candidate pipeline regularly using reach back techniques to generate additional passive candidates. Participated on RFI’s, Task Order, and IDIQ proposal teams resulting in multiple wins. During the last 6 months, we set up 86 interviews that included over 50 % of them were Software developer JAVA, C++, SharePoint) I made 55 offers and 47 accepted. I was also a Lead Recruiter on the NGA Contract. I oversaw meeting with all NGA management to create and execute a plan to fill all position on the NGA Contract.
