**The employment gap was due to an unexpected and spontaneous high-risk triplet pregnancy at the end of 2012. I took time off to take care of the babies. Once they were almost 2 years old and we secured full time in-home childcare and I returned to work. During this I continued to attend graduate school at George Washington University.
