07/2009 - 03/2024 PRINCIPAL TEST TECHNICIAN at GLOBAL FOUNDRIES MALTA, NY 14 years of experience working in the 5S Manufacturing Semiconductor Fab on Thin Film Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) Process. Duties included: Setting up Electro-Mechanic equipment for testing silicon wafers using Macro Automated Test Program to run tool diagnostics, verification and reliability test. Performing preventive maintenance PM monthly and yearly on tools, such as replacing tool ceramic parts, defective power supply, memory cards, robot wand/blade and wiring hardness. Running tool diagnostics and recipes on using macro for testing product wafers. Reading schematic and updating checklist.

07/1996 - 07/2009 SENIOR TEST TECHNICIAN at IBM POUGHKEEPSIE, NY 13 years of experience working in testing and troubleshooting of IBM Mainframe Systems 360, 370, 390, Power PC 603, 604 processor family using OS/2 Windows and Windows NT. Duties included: setting up System Test Beds for testing SCM and MCM chips technologies, running software macro and recipes to test hardware integrity such as memory and data I/O channel cards. 10/1989 - 07/1996 PCB & SYSTEM TEST TECHNICIAN at ASD POUGHKKEEPSIE, NY 7 years of experience working in testing and troubleshooting Printed Circuit Board (PCB) down to component level using schematics and blueprints. Familiar with thru hole and surface mount PCB, hands-on working experience with soldering iron, solder wicks, microscope, wire cutter, crimp tools and electronic equipment such as Analog and Digital Voltmeter (DVM), 415 oscilloscope, logic probe, frequency counter and logic analyzer. Performed in-circuit test, Hi-Pot, functional testing and data failure analysis on PCB.

07/1988 - 08/1989 PCB & INSTRUMENTATION TEST TECHNICIAN at McBETH NEWBURGH, NY Responsible for testing instruments to measure, match and formulating for color. Performed diagnostic functional tests on the Color Eye 2145 Spectrophotometer and illuminometer instruments.
