• Minimised kickbacks to govt servants, which was earlier a regular feature and major source of revenue leakage.
• Optimized Canteen subsidy bills by around 50%
• Cost cutting helped the company save revenue and add major capacity augmentation from 44 looms to 79 looms – raising the production capacity from around 1 lakh bags per day to around 2 lakh bags per day.
