• Analyze and validate patients' medical data - With these responsibilities, I meticulously pay attention to the details of the patients' data to avoid mixed patient errors, process insurance claims, and document physicians' visit notes, laboratories, and prescriptions. I hit the target of one thousand images per hour for Tenet Hospitals and Clinic and 500 images per hour for Baylor and Scotch Hospitals and Clinics for doc typing. I learned to be dependable as I remained alone as a closer analyst since no utilities and QA were left to answer my inquiry about the documentation. As a result, I was able to help the team maintain the top rank and was awarded as the best Team of the month for May of 2023.

• Collaboration - Closely work with the client, the utilities, and the QA specialist to eliminate discrepancies in the documentation. I was tenacious in complying with the site protocol to avoid Mixed Patient Error and as a result, I maintained my Quality from 99 % to 100% accuracy.

• Compliance - Comply with the company's policies for a smooth relationship with the client, supervisors, and collegues. I did this by seeing everyone as a partner and not a competitor though I know that jealousy may arise yet by setting boundaries conflict was avoided. Data Privacy Act is to be observed too to maintain patient privacy. I did this by hiding the patient personal information such as name, birthday, and address if I needed some clarification about the data from a utility or supervisor. Maintain patient privacy by abiding with the HIPAA Privacy Act.

• Collect Data - Calling respondents, particularly from the states of Michigan, Arizona, California, and Utah to do a political survey about the projects, polls, and insights of the respondents about the recent politicians' position and their accomplishments. I hit the target of having 3 - 5 successful saved surveys per hour and maintained my QA from 95 % to 100 % to keep the team on top. I established phone etiquette by staying calm and patient despite the respondent's reactions to the questions being asked during the survey, as a result, they understood my call and were cooperative when I needed to record their response verbatim.

• Report Writing - Writing or typing the respondent's response verbatim to ensure that the thought was from the respondents and not as I interpreted. Thankfully I did this with confidence that I typed the respondent's response verbatim by rephrasing what he/ she said to ensure that the data collected was accurate, because of that skill I was able to finish my contract without receiving any violations on that policy. As a result, I was invited again to do part-time consumer research for three months after my contract ended. VOLUNTEER EXPERIENCE

Educate the youth to understand and rely on the Savior Jesus Christ's teaching and atonement. I did bring the Holy Ghost into the classroom to testify and teach them the truth through daily discussion. Preparing the lesson beforehand brings revelation on what to do and share to touch the youth's hearts and help them build their testimony of the Savior, its atonement, the restoration, the priesthood, and the church restoration. When they understand the gospel they will desire to change to become better individuals and ultimately follow the Lord's commandment to serve a mission and marry in the temple after serving a full-time mission. Over the years as a result of this endeavor one of the students is serving now as a Bishop in my home ward, his counselor is another student, the ward clerk, and most of them served a full-time mission and married in the temple. This coming Dec 27, 2024, one who graduated 4 years ago will be getting married in the Cebu Phils Temple.

Bountiful Children’s Foundation-Philippines (Nonprofit Org) Assess and identify malnourished children, and coordinate with the local government for deworming assistance while the organization provides micronutrient supplements to the child and pregnant mothers.
