ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement HSE Plan and Procedures which expected during Construction, Commissioning, and Start up Phases.
Relationship between Contractor, Subcontractors and Client to fulfil all Client HSE Expectation.
Participate in mock drills and emergency procedure.
Promote effective housekeeping practices and maintain waste segregation/classification on site.
Follow up to ensure that supervisors and workers comply with site HSE rules.
Participate in client's walk-through and ensure all observations are closed by responsible personnel within the target date.
Daily safety patrol, site inspection, site auditing to ensure compliance with safe working procedures and responding to external safety audits.
Assist construction manager in the development of safety procedures for high-risk activities and assist in briefing of the work-force on their responsibilities.
Ensure that permit to work and authorization to work procedures are followed by workers and supervisor.
Participate in HAZID, Task Risk Assessment meetings pertaining to safe execution of work.
Inspection of equipment for up to date certificates and pre-use inspection checklist
Follow up with monthly inspection of fire and emergency equipment for functionality and KPI
