Jan 2023 – May 2024

Cenergy International Services LLC

R2P (Requisition to Pay) Specialist in GBS – Transportation and Logistics Portfolio at Exxon Mobil

In 2023 our team focused on reducing invoice recycles, invoices that required 2 or more manual touches. Recycles were reduced by process changes, and issue resolutions. However, 30+% of my portfolio of invoice recycles were unplanned accessorials. I was able to uncover documentation to prove that the manual process in place was designed that way previously, and would require significant system enhancement to resolve. With Polaris S4 HANNA implementation looming, system enhancements were off the table

In 2024 our focus changed to work other projects that would improve performance, as well as to begin supporting the upcoming Polaris implementation. I am currently working to implement solutions (after extensive research) that will improve on time payments for basic chemicals services, as well as documenting a proposed plan to establish thresholds for low value unplanned accessorials, that will save money and FTE’s.
