Currently I lead a team of 58 Scrum Masters in the Department to set up each team for success. We work currently in designing a new technology platform that will change the way we plan and deliver Fashion Campaigns in the biggest fashion company of Spain. We have worked in designing the Platform MVP and iterative deliveries, coordinating over a hundred teams in parallel. We have also worked in new ways of work that will take us to success. We will start with a professional and comprehensive Welcome process, team’s metrics to follow up the constant improvement of the teams and coaching models to support each PO and SM in their product journey with their teams in this platform. Our objective is to build and maintain high performance agile teams that keep our users at the centre of what they do.

I coach and support 3 teams in parallel to enable them to be their best possible version. We work not only on doing Agile in best possible way, but also on the mindset to reach the goal of being User Centred. I worked as well as an Agile tribe lead on a total of six teams scaling, working in one product for the main Spanish fashion company.

SCRUM MASTER & PRODUCT OWNER - TLC MARKETING UK – LONDON -08/2018 to 06/2019

Our projects vary in a set of different campaigns, but our main project is to create a digital transformation that will improve how the company works: Creating a platform that generates websites itself with different logics to accommodate clients and languages from all our 13 markets. Two teams to manage, one on site (Kanban) and one fully remote (Scrum). Writing requirements, testing cases and deployment plans for each campaign. Align with stakeholders and establish roadmaps and priorities.

Some of my tasks include to deal with everyday team requests, manage Jira, produce reports in Confluence, manage any requests for software and hardware, tools accesses and produce and plan the work load per Sprint. Additionally, I ensure coordination among Devs and Product Owners. I manage testing in all different environments and communication with external parties regarding our Product milestones and dependencies.
