Chief Administrative Officer/Executive Administrator to the General President/CEO, King’s Apostle Church World Ministries, Inc. 2012 – Present As the Chief Administrative Officer, I oversee the operations, organizational strategic planning and development, execution, communication, and collaboration. In my role, I provide leadership across all functions with goals and objectives of fiscal sustainability and growth, aligning with our mission, and compliance. As part of the Executive leadership and management team, I report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and establish policies that promote the organization's culture and vision through its operations. I develop and strive to continuously improve structures, practices, and processes to strengthen the operational effectiveness of the organization. I am responsible for the organization's efficiency, which includes managing the organization's business operations and implementation of strategies for multiple ministries, administering business and human resource operations, and partnering with the Chief Financial Officer on financial issues and strategic planning for the organization.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining data pertaining to the organization and overseeing the credentialing of those engaged in the organization.
• Certifies delegates to the General Assembly, publishes official documents and certificates, maintains the official record of General Assembly proceedings, and distributes pertinent information to the constituents of the Church.
• Lead and manage the staff and oversee the development and strategies of all ministries.
• Oversee all business and human resource operations of the organization. Also works in conjunction with CFO with financial matters.
• Plays a pivotal role in legal matters, collects and reports organization statistics, maintains an accurate database of credential holders, officers, churches and jurisdictions.
• Keeps an archive of historical documents from across the church, including books, national and jurisdictional records, and photographs and memorabilia of historical value.
• Official keeper of the King’s Apostle Seal and Registered Agent for the Church and signatory on all official documents.
• Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the President & CEO including managing a calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; proof-reading and editing, creating Power Point presentations, arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; compiling documents for travel-related meetings and travel expense reports
• Plans, coordinates and ensures the CEO's schedule is followed.
• Communicates directly, and on behalf of the President and CEO, with Board members, organization staff, and others, on matters related to CEO's programmatic initiatives.
• Responsible for board committee relations and governance, including updating bylaws and governance guidelines, planning meetings, and documenting standard operating procedures for board governance.
• Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the President, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
• Drives the integration of strategy and provides a bridge for smooth communication between the President's office and internal departments, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff.
• Ensure management processes align, are optimized, and work in a complementary fashion, working in partnership with relevant departments and ministries locally nationally and internationally.
• Responsible for short-term and long-term goals in tandem with the Board of Directors.
• Provides advice and support to the CEO and Directors on matters related to goals and initiatives; understanding and seeing the big picture and works in the background, as well as the forefront
(when necessary) to drive the execution of the CEO’s and boards agenda.
• Oversight of all the organizations’ social media platforms and websites.
• Acts as Director of Conferences planning and directing all national conferences for the organization and overseeing all departments related to the conferences. Accomplishments
• Standardized quarterly and year-end reporting for all ministries including oversight of $100K annual operations budget.

• I assist with managing and reconciling a multi-million-dollar budget for Montgomery County.
• Independently monitors and oversees weekly Fee Collections from County programs to ensure compliance with County procedures by staff members. Work with program staff to address any deficiencies.
• Provides training for Program Staff Members and keeps them updated on new procedures.
• Prepares transmittal forms to transmit funds to The County Finance AR Unit.
• Deposit checks daily to the bank via electronic scanner.
• Record all transactions into the Cash Receipts Access database.
• Tracking the weekly submission date to Revenue Unit for Review in Ledger sheet and reconcile the change fund amount for programs.
• Audit Fee Collections and correct discrepancies in collaboration with County Treasury Unit.
• Reconcile monthly Fee Collections accounts with Oracle ERP, NextGen, and Access database.
• Medical Billing: Correct error claims in NextGen before billing, upload payer denials to NextGen and credit client account. Post payments and applicable payments to medical billing accounts in Nextgen.
• Prepare journal entries to record accounts receivable such as rent, charges for services, reimbursements to County, and other miscellaneous charges.
• Analyzes various accounts assigned by supervisor monthly.
• Determines the appropriateness of refunds or additional amounts due, because of abatements on both real and personal property accounts.
• Assists supervisor in all areas of billing to ensure timely processing.
• Receives, logs, and analyzes daily deposits for all facilities within the department against the daily cash balances
• Research and Investigates abatement related refunds and additional charges and merchant charge-back requests or duplicate charges.
• Participate in year-end closing activities.
Accomplishments
• Directed and executed the transition of the Fee Collection process from manual to an automated process by designing digital forms, using SharePoint, and introducing a new reporting process resulting in increased productivity and reduction in costs.
• Developed and implemented standardized training program for program staff members regarding Fee Collection submission procedures.
