On-Site Civil Engineer

Lead projects from initiation to completion, overseeing all phases including

planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout. Collaborate with architects, structural engineers and other stakeholders to develop detailed project plans including site layouts, structural designs, and construction methodologies.

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks related to design changes, material shortages, schedule delays, and unforeseen site conditions, implement measures to minimize disruptions, accidents, and delays on-site. Monitor project expenses, track costs, and identify opportunities to optimize spending while maintaining project quality and meeting financial targets.
