I first started working at Lutheran General as a hostess, but then I realize that it was too slow pace for me so I switched my position to trayline and with that position, my main goal/postion would be to check patient trays and we would get about 500-600 trays a day. I love multitasking and challenges so I caught on fast then with that I would catch myself helping others with their positions on the line while making sure my work is good at the same time then that lead to even supervising some mornings by myself. Working there at Lutheran taught me how to be more of a people person and taught me how i am able to work with multiple characteristics/personalities and really did build me to being the harder working women i am today.
